Company founder Corydon Johns began his venture by building solid relationships with his clients. This mantra remains paramount to our company and has allowed us to grow and thrive throughout the years.

Our clients include insurance companies, large corporations, governmental entities, managing general agencies, and trust funds engaged in bearing various risks. For some clients, Johns Eastern handles individual assignments. For others, we provide a full range of claims services.

Johns Eastern's company philosophy revolves around the continual development of technical skills and managerial talents of our knowledgeable claims personnel.

Johns Eastern Company takes great pride in carefully selecting and intensely training our personnel, all of whom are properly licensed and bonded. We adhere to a corporate training program that promotes a strong organization with solid claims background and procedures. Our continuing education programs and professional affiliations with our colleagues in the Insurance Institute of America and the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters help us stay on top in a dynamic business environment.

We are pleased to be supporting members of the American Association of Managing General Agents, the National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices, Ltd. and Associate Members of the Florida Surplus Lines Association.

Johns Eastern also serves clients located in Canada, and Europe – predominantly Lloyds of London. We are well-known to the non-marine market at Lloyds and have represented many of its underwriters and brokers, as well as other London insurers.
