About Greg Lingerfelt
Greg joined Johns Eastern Company in 1988 as an adjuster in our Miami, Florida branch. He was Johns Eastern Company Adjuster-of-the-Year in 1995. In 2000, he was promoted to the manager of our West Palm Beach Branch, Florida branch. In 2011, Greg was promoted to the position of Executive General Adjuster in Florida.
Greg specializes in residential and commercial property claims handling. He has experience handling commercial losses in excess of $2 million. He is proficient in adjusting business interruption losses, jewelers block, as well as employee dishonesty claims. He worked Hurricanes Andrew (1992), Charley (2004),Frances (2004), Jeanne (2004) and Wilma (2005). Greg is also regularly designated as an Appraiser by numerous insurers and has acted as an Umpire.
He is proficient with Marshall & Swift Building Evaluations and the Xactimate estimating program. With all of Greg’s expertise, he is also involved in the daily training and education of our independent adjusters.
