Help Desk

professional insurance adjusterJohns Eastern has a fully staffed IT Help Desk located in our Lakewood Ranch, Florida headquarters, which is available to help clients with any technical issues, questions or problems they may have. The desk is staffed from 8:30 am-5:00 pm weekdays, with the ability to escalate tickets after hours and on weekends to an on-call technician.
