Johns Eastern has always put the health and safety of our employees, insureds, claimants and all those involved with our company first and foremost. We know it’s important to keep our business running so we are in a position to better serve you when you need to outsource your claims and programs.

As a result, we have implemented our business continuity plan. This allows us to do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, while continuing to deliver the outstanding Independent Adjusting and Third Party Administration services you expect.

At this point, nearly all of our field adjusters and examiners are working remotely to keep our services going. Additionally, our field adjusters and examiners are taking extra preventive measures when an in-person response is necessary.

For the limited number of employees reporting to our Headquarters office, as well as some of our branch offices, we are practicing social distancing and complying with the suggestions and regulations provided by government and health officials to keep our employees safe. Rest assured, we continue to monitor the pandemic daily and will adjust our protocols accordingly.

What Do I Do If I Have a Claim?

If you do have a new claim, follow the instructions in your current contract and report your claim as you normally would. If your contract does not indicate how to report a new claim, please report your claim to:
